Some are corporate ladder climbers, while others are lifelong entrepreneurs. All have lived experience raising families while building careers, and all have something to share. The panel questions will be:

👉 MODERATOR: Ms. Zenaida Vannaying, AKA “Auntie Zeny”

As a mother of three and grandmother, Auntie Zeny understands the challenges of balancing family and career firsthand.

From humble beginnings as a roadside sampaguita (flower) vendor, Auntie Zeny’s resilience, hard work, and unwavering commitment to her values, took her all the way to owning the Akara chain of 5 star hotels (akarahotels.com). Auntie Zeny is an embodiement of the spirit of determination in the face of hardship.

Today, aside from her business commitments, Auntie Zeny’s is a dedicated advocate for financial literacy and social entrepreneurship among Filipinos in Thailand, and is one of the founders of Ateneo de Manila University’s Leadership, Social Entrepreneurship program.

👉 Ms. Nienke (Nina) Benders

Nina is the founder of an advisory firm to accelerate climate impact by fundraising support.

She has 10 years of international leadership experience, working in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Xiamen and Bangkok with both multinationals and scale-ups which gave her a unique perspective on leadership, cultural sensitivities and drive.

She has an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and a keen interested in Climate Mitigation, specifically in wastewater treatment and circularity.

She is the mother of two boys aged 2 and 4.

👉 Ms. Megha Jindal

Megha is an angel investor and communications coach.

She has 20 years experience across local, regional and global corporates and non-profits in the fields of finance, public speaking and community. In parallel, she has 13 years of experience as a parent to her two sons, aged 8 and 12.

Megha has been living in Bangkok since 2013 along with her family.

Jacob is a seasoned marketing communications and external relations professional with 20+ years of experience across four continents. He has worked with top agencies and global brands like Roche, Dell, Nissan, Coca-Cola, and Spotify.

Formerly Head of External Relations for WFP Logistics, he has spent a decade in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

A lead trainer in C-suite communications, he specializes in media, crisis management, and spokesperson training. Jacob co-chairs the Corporate Social Impact committee at the American Chamber of Commerce.

Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian, he lives in Thailand with his husband and son.
