Next let’s review a typical Proseed event schedule:

• 18:30 – Open
• 19:00-19:20 – Speaker’s Keynote
• 19:20-19:35 – <<< YOU’RE HERE >>> Startup pitches – 3 startups x 3 minute pitches and 2 minutes for audience Q & A 
• 19:35-19:40 – Charity pitch
• 19:35-19:45 – Reciprocity Ring
• 20:30-21:00 – Wrap Up
• 21:00 – 23:30 – Afterparty

What you need to prepare

To confirm your pitch slot please prepare: 

• Your pitch in this format: 3-5 slides in PDF, including intro & outro slide
• Pitch script: No more than 300 words in English.
• Your suggestion of distributable giveaways for: Proseed members  & Event attendees

Your Pitch  

At the event you will be given the opportunity to speak for 3 minutes and show 3 slides (excluding intro and outro slide). After that there will be 2 minutes of Q & A with the audience.

Be sure to cover in your presentation and script the following bullet points:

• Customer Pain: what’s the pain, what’s your remedy
• Market size
• Technology / Secret sauce / Unique advantage in your solution / product / offer
• Which inefficient guy in that value chain are you displacing – or what problem are you solvingWhat is your value proposition
• How much are you raising and for that amount for does the investor get: in other words pre-money valuations
• Use of funds

Giveaways

These can be symbolic and serve to acknowledge the value of the opportunity and the time investment from the audience to listen to your pitch. For example:

• Trial accounts for your service
• Samples of your products
• A raffle of some kind. 

If you’re unable to come up with giveaway from your business, you may opt to sponsor 2 pizzas or 5 beers (THB 500).

Process

Should you be confirmed to pitch you will be asked to do a dry run with one of our mentors, to help you prepare. We will confirm a time and date with you. Please be sure to be at the event venue no later than 18.00 for final briefing and setup.
