1. Can I apply for Proseed’s Bespoke Acceleration Mentorship?

A: YES – You can if you’re an innovation-focused business legally incorporated in ASEAN, and looking to raise no more than U$300k.

A: Fill in the form at the bottom of the page and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours (weekdays / business hours).

3. How much does Proseed’s program cost?

A: Proseed Bespoke Acceleration is FREE. Once you’re accepted to the program you’ll be requested to assign 3% of your equity to Proseed. Once you successfully secure funding from our investors, you’ll be asked to assign another 3% in equity, as well as 2% of the funding secured.

4. How does Proseed assess my startup?

A: Upon submitting a valid application to Proseed you will be invited to an assessment with five Proseed mentors to assess your startup’s potential and needs. Based on this assessment, and assuming you’re accepted, you will receive a Bespoke Acceleration Program that will outline how your time with Proseed will be spent, and why.

5. What is a Proseed Bespoke Acceleration Program?

A: Your Proseed Bespoke Acceleration Program (BAP) is an action plan tailored to provide your startup with the support it needs in those key areas your assessment found to be lacking. The BAP is a primarily a schedule of meetings with those subject matter mentors best suited to provide you with the support you need to overcome the weaknesses identified during your assessment.

 

Mentorship

At the heart of your Proseed acceleration is your Bespoke Acceleration Program (BAP), tailored to address the unique needs of your startup

• Your BAP includes a schedule of weekly meetings with the Proseed subject matter mentors best suited to provide you with the advice and counseling you need.
• To ensure you’re making the most of your BAP, and the time you spend with subject matter mentors, you’ll be assigned a Companion Mentor (CP) who’ll help you keep on track and serve as your Proseed coordinator.
• Typical objectives for your mentorship at Proseed might be:
• Develop marketing and business strategies.
• Establish feasibility via financial and corporate planning.
• Legal and tax consulting.
• Develop product release plan and test prototypes.
• Prepare and validate an investor pitch.
• Upon completion of your BAP your CP will arrange an evaluation during which you will present your investor pitch to a quorum of 10 Proseed mentors.
