The panel offers us a unique opportunity to hear from four individuals with firsthand experience of the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and Eastern Europe—conflicts that deeply impact their families and communities. Together, they will share their insights on key questions, offering perspectives shaped by lived realities:

• What is something you wish people paid more attention to?
• How do you feel about the media portrayal of conflict in your region?
• What do you think the status of this conflict will be in 5 years time?

As always, our panel members will be open to your questions (1 minute per question, and 1 minute per answer). Join us for an insightful and authentic gathering!

With over 11 years of experience in software development, Roman brings a wealth of expertise to the healthcare tech industry. As the founder of Bladeware, a healthcare software development agency, he leads a team dedicated to building innovative solutions for private clinics, hospitals, care providers, and startups. Beyond his passion for leveraging technology to transform healthcare, Roman has traveled to 40+ countries, lived around the globe, and channels his love for heavy music as a rhythm guitarist in his own metal band.

I was born in Jerusalem in 1974, & lived there for 35 years. For 7 years I served as an infantryman in Israel’s army, achieving the rank of Captain. My background in industrial design and psychology sparked a lifelong passion for Behavioral Design. After moving to Bangkok in 2010, & together with k. Virode Imtarnasan, I co-founded VIMI.co – a B2B digital agency serving Fortune 500s like Sumitomo, Samsung, and Microsoft, & regional players like Amata, True, & Ritta. In 2022, I partnered with James Wood to launch b2bLEAD.ai, an AI tool boosting inbound leads for B2B companies. In 2018, I co-founded Proseed with friends. Outside work, I enjoy reading, running, cooking & art.
