Proseed event wrap-up: “Employee Empowerment & the Bottom Line” with k. Hugh Van Es – May 25th 2023
Mike Darnell
Last week we had another fascinating Proseed event, and enjoyed the presentation “Employee Empowerment & the Bottom Line” from Hugh Van Es, CEO of Proquanet, and the author of “Hell in Paradise”, soon to be published by Olympia Publishers.
Hugh related his experiences over a period of years implementing Employee Empowerment programs at Swarovski gems Thailand, and gave good pointers on the HOW of the process, as well as the ROI that was achieved as a result.
I thank Hugh for his sharing and suggest those who want to learn more connect with him on Linkedin.
Thanks for joining!
It was a very pleasant evening. I thank you all for joining, and for your ongoing support for the children under the care of handsacrossthewater.org.au.

WEEKLY LUNCHES – Every Friday at 12:30 at Kate’s Place (map).
As per our tradition, at our next event, we’ll invite 3 startups to pitch the crowd for 3 minutes each. This is a 1st-come-1st-served opportunity to pitch your idea to our audience.
Proseed is grateful for the opportunity to help Hands Across the Water, a registered charity dedicated to saving Thailand’s most vulnerable children from dangerous environments and to provide a home for those without family or relatives. With your help, these kids don’t have to go hungry, miss out on education, face the challenges of life on their own or be forced into undesirable employment.
