👉 Noah Shepherd

Noah has 32 years of leadership experience in Thailand and Asia Pacific. In 2018, under Trump 1.0, when working for StanleyBlack&Decker, was responsible for leading tariff mitigation and manufacturing strategy, moving over $150m of manufacturing cost from China to Thailand, France and back to the USA.

His consultancy business Shepherd-Partnership helps manufacturing businesses relocate to Thailand and advises on business productivity.

Noah is a Thai citizen and has served as a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce Thailand and a Director of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

👉 Barbara Meynert

Barbara is a macroeconomist with a career spanning investment banking, global finance, and supply chains. She is the founder of AiXoLab, an AI consultancy, and serves on the Advisory Board of the Asia Global Institute at the University of Hong Kong.

A frequent speaker on AI, global finance, and geopolitics, she focuses on how regional groupings such as BRICS and ASEAN navigate strategic choices in supply chains and finance amid the global shift toward multipolarity.

👉 Paul Sumner

Paul is a PwC Tax Partner specialising in Customs, Excise and International Trade. Based in Thailand since 1997, and now leads the practice for Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, and also the PwC Global Automotive Indirect Tax Leader.

He helps clients understand the new trade landscape and what it means in practice for companies in SE Asia in additional to the traditional work of supporting companies manage their customs and trade challenges in Thailand.  

Prior to joining PwC , Paul was a Higher Executive Officer with the HM Customs and Excise in the UK. and also worked in professional practice in the UK before relocating to Thailand.

Ken has almost 2 decades in Enterprise Software & Technology with degrees in Mobile Computing and Enterprise Software Engineering from the UK and India.
