Barbara Meynert has spent her career at the crossroads of technology and societal progress. As the founder of AiXoLab, she advises businesses on AI adoption, drawing on decades of experience in fintech, supply chain management, and investment banking to drive innovation and growth.
Ms. Meynert has held key roles in investment banking with N.M. Rothschild & Sons, Kredietbank, and Barclays Capital BZW, as well as in supply chain management with the Fung Group. Her senior executive and board-level experience spans various sectors.
She has provided strategic guidance to organizations like UN ESCAP, Astana International Financial Center, HK Cyberport, and the International Chamber of Commerce. She was instrumental in establishing the HK Securities and Futures Commission and the HK Airport Authority. Currently, she is an advisory board member at the Asia Global Institute and the World Digital Chamber, Vice Chair of the HK-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation, and founder of the World Business Chamber.
Committed to personal development, Ms. Meynert believes success requires balancing professional progress with self-growth. Based in Bangkok, she continues to engage in global discussions on economic challenges and the role of technology in driving change.

👉 Ms. Margaret K. McMillion

Margaret K. McMillion was U.S. Ambassador to Rwanda from 2001 to 2004. She also served in
Kigali on her first assignment in the U. S. Department of State from 1975 to 1977.
Her Foreign Service career included assignments in Taiwan, South Africa, Thailand, and Laos.
In Washington, she worked in the Office of West African Affairs, the Office of Korean Affairs, the
Office of the Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs, and the Office of Africa Analysis in the
Bureau of Intelligence and Research. Her final assignment in the Foreign Service was Deputy
Commandant for International Affairs at the U.S. Army War College.
After retirement in 2006, Ambassador McMillion taught international relations for six years at the
Webster University Thailand Campus in Bangkok, where she resides. From May 2015 to
December 2018, she was a member of the Webster University Council. In 2019, she became a
member of the board of directors of the Thai-U.S. Educational Foundation (Fulbright
Commission). A past president of the Rotary Club of Srapathum, she served as Host Area
Coordinator of Rotary District 3350 for the Rotary Peace Center at Chulalongkorn University
from 2019 to 2022.
Ambassador McMillion is a graduate of Eisenhower College, the Graduate School of Public and
International Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh, and the National War College.
