Hemant is a seasoned recruitment leader and business professional with over 15 years of experience building and scaling talent and IT staffing businesses across Southeast Asia. Having worked extensively in Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar, he brings deep regional market insight and a strong understanding of competitive positioning. Beyond recruitment, Hemant is passionate about marketing strategy, brand differentiation, and relationship-driven growth. His expertise lies in helping businesses communicate value clearly, build trust in complex markets, and create sustainable growth through strong commercial fundamentals.

K. Phinnipha (Nina) Suriyong

K. Nina is the Founder of APlus Career, an executive search and HR solutions firm she started in 2022 after 15+ years working in recruitment across industries.
Nina is active at the British Chamber of Commerce (BCCT) where she is a board member, chairs the Women in Business (WIB) working group, and helped launch the BCCT Mentoring Programme that connects young professionals with experienced leaders to help them grow faster, both in career and in life. Outside of work, she’s mum to a 13-year-old daughter, and when the weekend hits, you’ll likely find her at the starting line of a marathon.

Ms. Bhavana Kumar

Ms. Bhavana is Managing Partner of RSM Recruitment (Thailand) Limited. Based in Bangkok, she has over 20 years of experience in marketing, operations, recruitment, and HR. She oversees IT operations, ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, EOR, recruitment, and outplacement services, supporting organizations with talent solutions and operational efficiency.

Moderator Mr. Jos Bosmans

Jos is Director of BMS Recruitment (Thailand) and he has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment and HR advisory across Southeast Asia.
Earlier in his career he held global HR roles with Duracell and Umicore.
Today he advises SMEs, start-ups and international companies on staffing and compensation strategy.
